Anchors
| The ECP Plate Anchors are designed to stabilize cracking and bowed foundation walls. The inside wall plate is fabricated from 10 gauge hot-rolled steel and measures 12” X 26”. The wall plate has two embossed reinforcing ribs for additional stiffness, plus a 4” square, 10-gauge square washer is included for added strength. The Plate Anchor, fabricated from two 10-gauge plates, has four reinforcing ribs and four cleats providing approximately 430 square inches of soil bearing surface. The wall plate and Plate Anchor are connected by a 3/4” diameter continuously threaded tie rod and secured with nuts. The Plate Anchor assembly is hot dipped galvanized for protection against corrosion. The ECP Plate Anchors are the most economical method for providing supplemental lateral force to help stabilize bowed and cracked walls. This installation can be quickly installed using handheld equipment and requires minimal excavation or disturbance to the yard. |

The Unique DynaPierTM System
The interlocking, patent pending DynaPierTM segments are comprised of high-strength concrete that is pre-cast in a steel sleeve which resists corrosion, providing superior shear strength and compressive resistance as proven by independent testing labs. The outer casing is filled with a concrete core, and cured for maximum hardness. The DynaPierTM segments are hydraulically driven into the ground one at a time. It was designed to be the strongest foundation pier in the industry by combining galvanized steel and high strength concrete. It is installed centrally beneath the footing rather than outside of the footing, thus transferring the structural load directly on top of the foundation pier. After one DynaPierTM segment is driven, another segment is connected to the foundation pier, and the process is repeated until the foundation pier hits bedrock or dense strata of subsurface material. The foundation pier is then topped with a galvanized steel cap, and finally, the house is lifted and secured to the foundation pier.
- Pier is centrally and directly beneath the Load/Footing and Foundation
- No loose shimmed components that can allow for slippage
- ALL parts are connected to form a monolithic unit.
The result is a foundation that far exceeds the home's original structural integrity, making your foundation better than new.

| The ECP Steel Pier is an end-bearing pier that does not rely upon nor require skin friction to produce support. Each pier is field load tested after it is installed. The piers are able to develop a factor of safety because the piers are installed and load tested individually using the maximum weight of the structure as the reaction force. The ability of the system to develop significant factors of safety comes from the different methods used between pier installation and load transfer during restoration. ECP Steel Piers are driven individually and the entire structure works as the reaction; but during load transfer hydraulic jacks are placed at multiple locations thus reducing the load on each pier to only the design working load. |
Braces
PowerBrace® will correct cracking foundation walls with minimal disturbance of the area. PowerBrace® requires no exterior work in order to install and stabilize the walls securely. Strengthening the wall with steel columns is an economical method of stabilizing the wall. With the PowerBrace® patented system there will be no need to remove or replace concrete in your basement.

Basement Technologies recognizes that to be a leader in the basement waterproofing industry one must continue to offer new products and improve old ones.
Basement Technologies has been a pioneer in using polyurethane and epoxy injections. Though this method is a good one, our research and development department has introduced a superior product and method. We proudly present Techni-Crack™ … a hydrophobic membrane process for a poured foundation wall seepage solution.
